Closing the assessment will suspend all assessment links and display a closure message if someone clicks on the assessment link. An assessment that has been closed cannot be re-opened or relaunched, so please ensure that everyone who should have responded has done so.
Click on the Close project button to close the assessment project. A checklist will be displayed:
Note that the closing of an assessment project cannot be undone. After closure the Report View links can be sent from Engage ASSESS>TRACK PROJECT or via the side panel in Engage ASSESS>MANAGE PROJECT. Reports associated with the project will be available in Engage PERSONAL.
