Closing the assessment will suspend all assessment links and display a closure message if an attempt is made to access one. An assessment that has been closed cannot be reopened or relaunched.
To close the assessment project, click on the Close project button. A checklist will be displayed:
As the closing of an assessment project cannot be undone, it is essential to ensure that all necessary assessments have been completed before clicking the Close Project button. The Publish assessments checklist displayed when closing Individual assessment projects eases this verification by displaying both the total number of participants and the number who have responded. In the case of 360 multi-rater assessments, the number of completed assessments displayed in the Close project checklist must be compared with the total number of assessments assigned as described in Tracking 360 assessment project status.
After the closure of a 360 multi-rater assessment project, the Report phase is initiated. The report view links can be sent from Engage ASSESS>TRACK PROJECT or via the Send report view links toolbox function in Engage ASSESS>MANAGE PROJECT. Reports associated with the project will be available in Engage PERSONAL.
Preparing to view the Results
Once an assessment project has been closed, the analyzed results are available to authorized viewers only via Engage ANALYTICS or Engage INSIGHTS. See User access and Edit/View rights for instructions on updating the Manage PARTICIPANTS entries for managers and/or other employees who will view the analyzed results.
