The Manage Project module of Engage ASSESS will allow you to create any number of assessment projects based on a combination of a model, one or more questionnaire(s), participants (assessees and raters), and project settings.
Elements of a 360 Assessment Project
A 360 Assessment Project comprises the following key elements:
An assessment model and associated questionnaire(s)
- An assessment model, comprising questions grouped into construct(s) must have been created.
- One or more questionnaire(s) must have been generated from the model.
- Assessment questionnaires, unlike their survey equivalents, may optionally be customized.
Participants - assessees and raters
