The sending of the first invitation emails marks the launch of an assessment project.
A 360 multi-rater assessment project is launched in the first 360 Assessment project phase necessitated by its operational requirements.
An assessment project can be launched by clicking the appropriate Send Invitations button in Engage ASSESS>TRACK PROJECT (see sending invitations for more):
Alternatively, an assessment project can be launched from Engage ASSESS>MANAGE PROJECT by sending the appropriate links via the toolbox functions in the side panel:
- Send rater nomination links
- Send manager review links
- Send assessment links
- Send assessee links for Individual assessments
