Partner Survey Guidelines
A statistically valid and reliable diagnostic survey, such as Mindset’s Flow@Work engagement survey, will enable you to confidently identify what is working and what not at your client so you can target interventions where they matter most. It will also enable you to measure the impact of such interventions over time.
However, for you to get the most value out of the survey, it is important that you (1) do whatever is necessary to maximise participation rates, and (2) make sure that the survey has been properly structured to reflect the client’s organisational structure and divisional breakdown. This will ensure that the survey responses are statistically significant so decisions can be based on them. It will also allow you to identify trends and bottlenecks at the appropriate sub-unit level so interventions can be targeted where they matter most and where they will have the maximum impact on business outcomes.
