Pulse#4 Sustainable Engagement

covid pulse1The fourth pulse in the series focuses on understanding how employees are coming to adapt new ways of work, while staying safe and engaged. This pulse also serves as a transition point away from the shorter-term responses focused on in previous surveys. In that interest, questions covering topics of burnout and internal motivation are included beside questions that will help you understand how employees are processing the overall organization’s response to the crisis.

  • Get a gauge on how stressed and motivated employees feel after so many changes and adjustments to their way of working

  • Understand whether or not employees feel safe when at work, as well as what their impressions of workplace responses to the crisis

  • Analyze and address your organizational needs for longer term planning to ensure employees remain engaged in their work and confident in the organization they work for.
