Fee Structures & Discounts

The fees for training courses are priced on the following basis:

  • Full rates: individual delegates who attend a training course will pay full rates as listed below.
  • Corporate rates: two or more delegates from the same company will pay corporate rates as listed below.
  • On-site rates: delegates who attend an on-site training course (minimum 8 delegates) presented at a customer's premises will qualify for on-site rates as listed below.

Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply:

  • The course fees include reference manuals (4 volumes), a pocket reference guide, certificate of competence, student assessments and refreshments/lunches where required. 360 pre- and post assessments are optional -  to contact us for a quote.
  • A minimum of 8 paid-up delegates are required for an open course to proceed. Mindset Management retains the right to cancel or postpone a training course should there not be sufficient delegates, in which case delegates who have prepaid can choose to either get refunded or be rescheduled on an alternate date.
  • All payments must be made out to Mindset Management and must be paid in full before a delegate will be allowed to attend a course.
  • Payment can be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT), direct deposit or company cheque. Approved purchase orders will be accepted.
  • Cancellations received in writing (fax or email) will be accepted at the latest 2 weeks before the course date; thereafter the full fee will be payable. Cancellations must be acknowledged by Mindset Management in order to be effective.
  • Course fees will be refunded in full should the course not meet with your expectations. To qualify for a full refund please notify the lecturer before lunch on the 1st day.
  • Substitutes will be accepted prior to the start date of any course.
  • Delegates that fail to arrive on the day of the workshop will result in the delegate or company being liable for full payment.
